HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN

A daily Skin care routine is needed for your Skin, no matter the Skin type. Your daily habits, has a big impact on your Skin. Skin-care routine helps your complexion to function at it best.

Here are few skin care tips for you:

WASH YOUR FACE REGULARLY


Wash your face with water

The Skin comes in contact with several environmental pollutants, dirts and many other factors that should gently be removed from the Skin. Clean your face twice a day, morning and Night. Avoid washing your face to have the squeaky-clean feeling because the Skin’s natural oil will be eliminated.

MOISTURIZE

Avoid lotions with heavy fragrances. Find a gentle moisturizer with Zero irritation on the Skin. The best time to moisturize is right after you get out of the shower or right before you go to bed. The function of moisturizer is to hydrate and soften the Skin. 

STAY HYDRATED

Take a lot of Water

Lack of Water might means less radiance. Drink plenty of Water, take around 8glasses if water daily.

EAT WELL

Eat balanced diet

Your feeding well on balanced diet gives your Skin Vitamins. Vitamins can really help repair the skin from Sun damage. Take fruits containing Vitamin C.

SLEEP WELL

Take enough rest. Sleep for at least 8hours a day. Have a good sleep position to avoid wrinkles. Aim for a restful night sleep.

PROTECT WITH SUNSCREEN


Wear sunscreen everyday and you can apply 15minutes before going out. Protect your Skin daily from ultraviolet(UV) exposure which contributes to the signs of aging.

EXERCISE REGULARLY

Some tightly packed muscles will be relieved of stress when you exercise well thereby giving you a great skin texture.

LIVE WELL

Reduce stress on your skin. Once you are stressed, the level of cortisol (stress hormone) will be increased and it can weaken your skin, cause acne and sometimes foster wrinkling.

CHANGE YOUR PILLOWCASE

At least once a week change your pillow cases. The Skin will benefit from regularly using clean silk pillowcases.

DONT TOUCH YOUR FACE

Avoid touching your face too often. By touching your face you can spread bacteria and cause breakouts that can lead to increase in wrinkles and formation of Scar.

AVOID DIRECT HEAT EXPOSURE

Getting too close to fire places and heaters can do a great damage to the skin. Exposure to heat causes collage breakdown and increases inflammation. When you are cooking or roasting, always take a break or step back at intervals.

EXFOLIATE

The skin cells dies daily and new cells are regenerated but old cells may still hang around on the Skin leading to sullen. In order to fight this, exfoliate your Skin with physical scrub.

CLEAN YOUR MAKE UP BRUSHES

Wash your foundation and concealer brushes at least once a week. Infections can clog around the brush thereby affecting the pores.

SIMPLIFY YOUR SKIN CARE ROUTINE


Find a cleanser and moisturizer that you know works for you and keep them at the core of your routine.

REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP

Removing makeup regularly as you wear them will make your skin clearer and healthier. It helps to get rid of pore-clogging debris and pollution on your screen.

Practice this Skin Care tips at intervals designated to them and you will see a change in your Skin.
