I know the schedule might be tight…A lot of things to pursue but the secret place must not be neglected.. Try and recall the passion that was burning in your heart when you gave your life to Christ… How has the walk been? Steady? Retarding? Stagnant? Moving? Slow?
You know the level you are? But what has happened to us?
When there is no hunger to read and know the word of God like you used to. No zeal for a powerful prayer life. You go to church but your prayer life is virtually non existing.. You cannot even remember the last time you led somebody to Christ. When have you really separated time to bury your self to study and pray????
Your wood is wet and the fire has truly died out!! Rekindle the fire of God in your life.
Rev 3:16
So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
Lukewarmness is rampant in the church today!!!.. Too many coding and packaging where as the spiritual temperature is low.
Learn to dig deep from the refreshing fountain of the word of God. Blow-off the dust of unopened Bibles and discover its life giving truth all over again.
Walk with God in sweet communion with him. Treasure the word of God and find your satisfaction in God. Long for the pure milk of the word and desire to grow on godliness and spiritual maturity.
Trying to live the Christian life without fellowship with God is like being perpetually hungry without eating food. Learn to dig deep from the refreshing fountain of the word of God.
ROM 12:11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord. As a Christian, God wants us to live a vibrant life daily aglow with the anointing of the holyspirit.
The word is the fire in the boiler of your heart. Stay with the word. You know how your walk with God as been cry out to God for a fresh fire and a fresh passion..
